Fundraisers & Donation Projects
Patriot Theme-Books are often used in Fundraising Campaigns and Special Donation Projects. They have been used in Military Donation Programs in recognition of outstanding service to our country. They are donated to schools to help students to more fully appreciate our American Founding Documents and Patriotic Symbols. And they have been effectively used to generate increased funding for associations and other groups. The impact of properly displayed Symbols and/or Documents of Freedom cannot be overstated.
Patriot Theme-Book School Donation Project
Igniting the human spirit is a fascinating adventure. Perhaps its fascination is enhanced by the fact that many of the world's leading doctors and scientists admit that no one truly understands how the mind works, or the details behind the generation of emotions.
We do know that seeing helps us to feel. And feeling leads us to thoughts and behavior. As Socrates once said, "If you think what you have always thought, you will feel what you have always felt. If you feel how you have always felt, you will do what you have always done. If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten."
Symbols constitute powerful links to our feelings - hence links to our behavior (respect, dignity, gratitude, integrity, reverence, etc.). We witness it when "Taps" is played quietly as white gloves present a folded flag to the bereaved. We have been stirred as a bald eagle soars majestically in an updraft. And, we are quietly moved by symbols that are embossed millions of times on paper, metal, wood, fabric, and stone as our national icons. Though difficult to quantify, the positive impact is "immeasurable."
The Patriot Theme-Book project in America's schools has been conceived as a way of projecting patriotic symbols to stir feelings of loyalty, gratitude and integrity in our youth at a time in our nation's history when national resolve and unity are paramount. Your participation is respectfully invited.
Patriot Theme-Book Military Donations
You can be part of an important project to distribute 100,000 Patriot Theme Constitution Notebooks to U.S. Military Personnel serving in Iraq, Afghanistan or other "In Harms Way" theaters.
Here's how it works. Your church, civic group, or other association should identify military personnel from your area that are currently serving overseas or have recently returned home from active duty. Identifying "wounded soldiers" and the families of our "fallen warriors" should be a priority.
We will provide you with a free sample Constitution Notebook on request. Show the sample Theme-Book to your membership and request their involvement. You can expect enthusiastic support. After determining the number of Patriot Theme-Books you wish to donate to those you have identified, simply place your order. We can usually get them produced and shipped to you in under two weeks.
You can then mail them to soldiers in overseas theatres or personally deliver them to those who have returned home. Making an effort to visit and give comfort to the wounded who are convalescing or to the families of the "fallen" is a special form of service to those who are in great need.
A Special Insert Page thanking a soldier for his/her service in the War against Terrorism is now available. This new page includes the Military Oath of Service. Printed on Antique Parchtone Document Paper, this addition makes our Patriot Theme-Books special gifts to give to all military personnel. This new page is available at no additional cost.
Can you imagine how a U.S. Soldier in Iraq or Afghanistan would feel when he or she opens your package and sees the Statue of Liberty or maybe the Bald Eagle cover staring up at them? Then opening it up to find not only the complete U.S. Constitution (that's what they pledge to defend), but also your groups comments of support for their service in the War on Terror. Patriot Theme-Book Fundraising Programs
Patriot Theme-Books are especially successful for use in fundraising programs. Show a local community or business leader one of our journals and expect enthusiastic support for your project.
For group orders we will customize our Theme Books to reflect whatever your organization is currently involved with. For example, we might bind into the books a cover letter from your groups president announcing an important upcoming event, or perhaps a letter requesting community support for a worthwhile project.
Contact a local shopping center and get permission to set up a table. We can provide you with several Patriot Theme-Books made into flip chart type easels. We also can furnish you with order forms. The colorful flip charts, sitting on the table, will draw attention (you might also produce a paper banner and tape it to the edge of the table) your volunteers simply show the books and take orders.
You might even consider using the journals as a thankyou gift for past or present support from your groups donors. The possibilities are truly limitless.

You can, also, request an individual donor page be included in the theme-books. The donor page allows an individual to personalize the theme-books. They will be able to write in the name of the recipient and then include their name (and/or the group) as the donor.
There is also room on the donnor page to include your comments. This can be particularly rewarding when sending a Patriot Theme Book to military personnel. You might wish to tell the recipient how grateful you are for their service to our country.
Similarly, a donor can personalize a gift theme-book to an elected or appointed official and use the comment section to let them know how you feel about the issues of the day.
Or, they might give a gift copy to a friend or relative. How about giving a copy to a son or daughter's favorite teacher. The uses are unlimited. We want to help make your fundraising project a smashing success. Do it now, together we are making a difference.
